Our Return Policy

VAD Wear® and C-MED Innovations LLC is taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. The health and safety of our clients and our staff is of utmost importance to us. We have always maintained high standards and now have initiated extra measures to keep our clients, ourselves and our products safe. All garments are now Steam sanitized prior to shipping.

To assist in these efforts, beginning immediately, we are suspending exchanges and returns of all products. We do our best to provide detailed sizing information and style recommendations. We urge you to measure prior to ordering and contact us if you are unsure of a size or style. Because of this new policy, we are now allowing order cancelations within 12 hours of order placement should you not agree with this change.

At this time, we will continue to operate our shop as normal. Our mission remains the same, to serve and support the LVAD community with the best LVAD products and service available. In the days ahead, we may experience some delays of special or customized orders due to circumstances beyond our control. As always, we will do our best to keep you up to date and informed. We thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Should the situation change and an exchange/return be authorized we will require an additional cleaning, shipping, and restocking fee of $20.00 (US orders).
